As the calibre of our consultants is crucial to the successful implementation of our assignments, Strategique attaches great importance to on-going professional development and training. Training takes place on the job, in-house and at the best business schools in Europe and the USA.

On-the-job training

All consultants are university graduates and have a number of years' experience in business. Much of their knowledge is gained on the job in the course of their projects.

In-house training

Strategique has developed an in-house training cycle of two years comprising 6-8 different training sessions, each of which is put in an international context. Owing to their success, these sessions are regularly attended by colleagues from other Globalscope partners. The following topics are part of the curriculum:
