Itémedical welcomes Ogomor as new shareholder

As result of the restructuring of the shareholder structure Itémedical welcomes Ogomar as long term investor. Itémedical is a leading provider of software and hardware solutions to improve the operation of intensive care units of hospitals in The Netherlands, Belgium and UK. Its Mediscore software is used by over 90% of the Dutch hospitals and it has a growing presence in among others Belgium and the UK. The shareholders structure was limiting the development of the company and Itémedical was looking for a solution.

Strategique was engaged to prepare the relevant documentation, to identify potential investors, to negotiate with the sellers and interested parties and to structure the transaction with the ultimate participant Ogomar BV. With Ogomar Itémedical has a stable shareholder committed for the long term and supporting the growth strategy of Itémedical.
