Luxor Trading acquires the business of Metco Toiletries & Cosmetics after bankruptcy.
Metco Toiletries & Cosmetics was up till September 2016 a well profitable and solvent trader in personal care with two ultimate beneficial owners, CEO Martin Nateghi and Willem Blijdorp, a high net worth investor as silent shareholder. In the summer 2016 Blijdorp acquired a main competitor of Metco and caused after extensive conflicts the bankruptcy of Metco in September 2017. Nateghi acquired the remaining business and goodwill from the receiver via his new company Luxor Trading on 21 November 2017.
The Surgical Company acquires majority in Axess Vision Technologies
TSC Holding BV has taken a majority position in Axess Vision Technology, with an option to acquire the remainder of the shares in 3 years.
ASK Romein finances the start-up of The Green Bay with a participation
The Green Bay is a unique 22 MW multitenant data centre in the Netherlands, which is to become operational in the second semester 2019. ASK Romein, a midsize contractor with substantial references in building data centres in the Netherlands, Germany, Ireland and Denmark, reached agreement with the individual initiators of The Green Bay to finance the design, engineering and preparation of the project against a participation.
Ski accident
On January 3rd Frank had a ski accident on the runs of Les Deux Alpes suffering serious injuries. The rescue helicopter transported him to the University Hospital in Grenoble, where the surgeons glued his broken vertebras, screwed his broken hip and drained his lung, perforated by the broken ribs. After ten days the ambulance brought him back to the Netherlands, where he further fully recovered. Since the summer 2017 he is climbing and skiing again.
Acquisition of Hospithera by The Surgical Company

Hospithera, a leading distributor of medical devices and supplies in Belgium, was acquired by The Surgical Company, active in the Benelux, France, Germany and Great Britain. The Belgian sales and service organization of The Surgical Company will be integrated into Hospithera.
